Little gift thing for ~KyuubiVictoria , since Christmas is coming up and I haven't done much for her lately. xD

I made a weird and new outfit for you, Imouto-Chan~ xD Hope you like it!

I tried to not make it look terrible, so sorry about that.

I will be using GIMP once I get back on my laptop, so that's a thing.

I'm also still working on how to shoe, and how to shade. I will shade this at a later time when I don't think I'm terrible at it. xD

This is also partly to make up the deviation I deleted earlier. xD

By the way. Does anybody want my OCs, Meg and Jules? I don't want either of them. Well. I kind of want Jules but then again I don't. Meg's up for the taking. Just tell me if you want one or both of them.
