i guessed jolteon would be one of your faves xDD my sis really loves jolteon too! initially i wasn't too fond of leafeon but after drawing it like once, i sudenly really like it's design xD and it's very soothing to draw too xD

art program? i could recommend you use SAI i'm not to promote 'illegal' stuff but if you want a copy of SAI, the tumblr user lemonteaflower puts up a download link for her version of SAI on her page! you can find the link here:lemonteaflower.tumblr.com/faq

The link is not easy to find if you scroll through too fast so take your time and look through it! I hope it motivates you to draw more and more and more! DD
