IMPORTANT: READ FROM RIGHT TO LEFT!!!YAHAAAAY PAGE 3 IS DONE! *U* I seem to be an 'every-2-weeks' updater I'm so sorry. ;_;
ANYWAY, HURRRR. PAGE 3! Where Arthur emus about France leaving for another job. ;n; I don't think I did good with all the screens though, didn't get the feel right.
I NEED TO GET PHOTOSHOP TO GET BEAUTIFUL SCREENS ARGH! But anyway, I think I improved with paneling or something.

Well, it's hard to explain. XD For me, lighting is really important when it comes to shading. I have to know where the light is coming from and its intensity so I know how dark or how light my shading colors should be. Next, I just... guess. O_O 
Also, try searching for tutorials here on dA! I'm sure there's a lot that can help you.
