You have done something truely amazing here my friend! But like Justax90 said, it needs a bit of work. Personally i find her horn a little to long and thin, but i understand the effect you were trying to get with that. Her face is a little different then what we are used to, yes, but it is your creation, and i kinda like it 
BTW: What is the story behind your design? This is obviously not the FIM ponies we are acustomed to, so what was your direction with this? (Like post apocalyptic, war pony, grown up, alternate dimension, etc)

Needs some work with the shading on the armor, and has some anatomy flaws, as well as the horn being a bit too thin.
The mane is done pretty damn well though.
