Cephi could use some love, so I decided to update her look with a new stylesheet. I miss doing this type of coloring/shading. And I spent entirely too long coloring sketches that took less than half an hour. You can probably still see the blue pencil.

Cephilope is the sister of Azriel Underoth, so I wanted her to ooze sexuality, but at the same time, look a little dangerous, possibly unhinged. If your brother locked you in a tower most of your life, you would be too. She sings a very haunting song that can rally other Rothers to her side, or drive them mad. It also seems to have an effect on Niya.
