This has sort of a photomanipulation for the background. What I did was use a photo as a base for the background and painted over it, put some effects on the layers and so on (now remember that this had a lot of layers haha). But what you see now it's what I painted, not the photo itself. Thanks for asking! C:

I used a photo as a base and painted over it. It can help when you're not sure of how to draw building or things like that. x)
