It is weird because it is kind of true in most animes. There was this one where the guy was almost cut in half and half of his internal organs were crushed.He was fine in a few days.

Haha true! But he did use his life force to heal himself and then had to go to the doctor for a long time after words. But normally in anime it like they get stabbed in they're nerves and then kill an army with the same arm
