That's an interesting theory. We sort of had that with the episode "Knock it off" when Dick made clones of the girls in mass production and they ultimately killed him in the end.

Yeah it makes a very interesting concept. Flare was a single spawn that went wrong but not so wrong she went unstable like Bunny. She suffered mentally mostly giving her split personalities where she could friend or foe depending how her mind clicks. There's pros and cons to that the girls will need to figure out to beat her. Could be brute force one fight and being kind to her the next. The girls can't go toe to toe with her single handedly either. One hand she is on her own but in the other hand she has the power and abilities of 3 in one with multiple personality shifts meaning she's very unpredictable. If Villians all over did make stable Powerpuffs each would be pretty unique and the girls would have their cut out for them. There's no telling what they'd come up against
