But...you call this quick sketch?! How better could this look if you would call it a finished artwork...I mean like a proper proper artwork.
How long does it take you for a piece like this?

I hadn't either until I had a couple of his pictures thrown at me.
And yeah, it's pretty quick. This one took me maybe 5 lazy hours? I don't really like to work fast when I work for myself, but keep it nice and relaxed. If I tightened this up more, and went all out photo realism, I'd spend another 20 hours on it, easily. And even that's still short, compared to some of the bigger works I've done.
And it's not about 'better looking' in this case. This works for this. I wouldn't want it to look any other way, so even if I could, I would not consider spending any more time on it. ^^ Knowing when something is 'finished' is half the battle.
