My Pern character Jaina recently Impressed a blue dragon named Lissith at Yung Weyr, an approved Pern RPG I play at, and here he is! This was actually requested for use in a future layout for the game, but I'm not sure if it'll still be used for that purpose. The game owner just wanted a rendition of "canon" pern dragons; headknobs, faceted eyes, etc. This is my best shot.I'll probably be drawing Lissith with Jaina...sometime soon.
Again, if you're interested in joining a sexy and creative Pern roleplay that has been officially acknowledged by Anne McCaffrey as canon and has been open and active almost a year, please reply here or send me a note and I'll tell you more!
Done on Aodbe Photoshop Elements. Probably clocked at about 4 hours total, eliminating distractions. Which were multiple, you bitches.

I love the shading on the rocks and the dragons. The dragons themselves are amazing, just how I've always pictured the Pern dragons to look. I think Anne should get you to re-do all the cover art on her books.
