Always nice to crack open a new sketch book and doodle in it for the first time. 8D

First scribble is a Nick, this is kinda a ref/play sketch to see how scales would be placed on the body. Still kinda working on it but i like were its going.

The blue tints on the edges of his scales and feathers actually change color according to what he eats. Most times he's a default albino white. But since he eats metal (part of his normal diet lols his body uses it to create armor like scales) it includes a huge range of colors that can appear. This is the color they turn to it he happens to eat something like cobalt. Heaven forbid he eats something like iron, he'd turn pink! xD

Pen and paper, bout 2 hours sketching/refining and about 30 minutes of photoshop tweaking (just a touch of shading and bits of color)
