Chibi style. I love Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles, and the character.
I made this is PhotoShop. The background as well as the detials on her dress I made using my dingbat font, LT Sweet Nothings [link]

**I did use the brush tool on her hair, but everything else is NON-RASTERIZED Vector. No blur used and brush tool not used anywhere else besides hair

Right, I have seen the British wearing these sort of wigs in the movies, but I wasn't sure if they still do in the present day. Ive only seen this done in the US in historic photos
