Description
In the last few months I been listening to Stephen Fry reading all the Harry Potter books and became inspired by Minerva McGonagall's badassery so decided to make a character drawing of young Minerva, I imagine from while she still worked for the ministry, here wielding her cat patronus in some kind of temple.This might not look like much to most people, but this is probably the most "advanced" background I've made. Yay me, but still a long way to go.
Unfortunately I finished this the day after the anniversary of Philosopher's stone, but better late than never!

I can tell that you draw lots of humans and I love your interpretation of Minerva, she is one of my favorite characters in the movies (sorry didn't read the books).
The background need some work with perspective, the textures and color are already pretty decent. Keep up the good work and you will get there, to the point to draw

Maggie Smith was really the perfect McGonagall! Really the character that was most like it's book counterpart
I'm not used to doing backgrounds and haven't figured out really how to match the perspective of the character, but its only to practice until I get it right I guess
