THIS is the thing I've been working on for three week-ends. Neszhäar, king of the dark elves, worshipper of the sun and child of the desert, is watching.... YOU.
Well, I'm just exhausted. I absolutely wanted to finish this picture before going back to the university, since I don't have any computer there, and it would have been impossible for me to finish it during the week. I've tried to play with colors, lights and all the stuff to give some "special" atmosphere to the picture, that is not really what I expected but I must say I'm quite happy of the result. ^__^
One more time there are many symbols in the picture (the dragon as the sun, for example) but at this time I'm too tired to explain all of them. Maybe later

Son nom est difficilement prononçable, mais tu peux le simplifier en "Néchar" (avec tous les h aspirés et les r roulés, j'ai pas encore trouvé comment avoir quelque chose d'harmonieux, mais je trouvais le nom joli sur le papier :'D)

I'm not used to traditional coloring, I'd like to learn someday since I'm not patient enough to finish pictures with digital media ^^

In the digital you're good, because the colors are similar the traditional....But, I think you're so good with traditional media, too... Really.

In fact I'd reaaaally like to learn watercolor someday. I've tons of projects and ideas and in my head, they're all colored with watercolor @__@. At this time I still haven't dared to waste a few sheets of watercolor paper, but I've tried Chinese ink and I like the result (and I like using it ^^).
I'm often disapointed with digital colouring, there's always something you want to change, and I spend way too much time on details. It always takes hours and hours.

A la base, le dragon ne devait pas être jaune mais rouge... mais on m'a mis la pression pour que je le fasse comme ça et au final je ne le regrette pas ! ^^
