It's common to hear things like what Girl said... ~.~;;Because of their lack of knowledge in animes usually you get to hear something like "Looks like Sailor Moon, Pokemon, DBZ..."
I tried to sketch 's new chara named Tcaydin...but much of her wing and hair got cut off from my hand! :3;;

This always happens when my friends see me draw anime. There like, "Hey! Pokemon!"

It was always Yu-Gi-Oh! for me... back when that was popular. I never really cared that much. Very few people in most of the places I've lived like anime. I just appreciated the "Hey, you're a good artist" compliment and ignored the rest.

I hate it when people automatically say things like that. I don't think I necessarily draw in an anime style, but then someone will come off with "Oh so you draw things like Pokemon right?" And I will proceed to gouge my own eyes out and scream at them.

When you collect pictures, you favorite them into a separate folder with other pictures like itself. For instance, you could have one folder for pictures you fav of kittens and another folder for pictures of lizards wearing sombreros.
...Lame examples, but you get the point right? lol

I know the feeling-_- I hang out with alot of anime fans, so I dress up as a cat at my table(I bring my costume^_^) But if someone comes by they'll ask if they could play Yugioh(We still play that at our high school lol) and actually came over with pieces of paper. One of my friends riped it in half LOL..... I should make a comic about that.....

Gah!! i hate that too! "Looks like Yada kind people" Gah! I hates it. expesially when they say te words wrong. Like Naruto, Inuyasha Yu Yu Hakusho. It makes me want to kill. My dad dosen't even call it anime!! He says Japanamation!!!! TT.TT *crys* (wants to kill my dad at those times) and my little brother is stubborn, he argues with about Dragon Ball Z being an anime. Gah!! *leaves to find something to kill*
