Misuzu from air :3 . It was simple enough to do but I had to restart all the work due to a bad method
Time spent: 5-6 hours

Tools: Pen tool and a tablet wacom A6

She's so adorable with her hair short. I think she kind of looks like Satoko from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. Her voice is also Mariko from Elfen Lied's, so when she's in her wheelchair (ignoring Mariko's psychotic nature), it fits even better.
...I still cry when I hear Aozora playing. D:
