I tried to draw Ticci Toby in a like, one of those 90's anime styles, but idk hahahahah just added a few stuff, like the static and glitch and stuff for effects hahahah
It's actually a "Give six character to make a fan art" Thingy, and my friend suggested him so yeah, then for a wee bit more challenging, I also asked what style they want me to draw per character hahaha so yeah
