Personality: A regular tough guy, Tate doesn't often listen to others and certainly hates being told what to do. A bit stubborn, he holds almost no loyalties and prefers to be alone. He also tends to throw caution to the wind and doesn't seem to care about his own safety. But he does build loyalty's with select few who earn his respect. However much of his tough guy act is just that, as he has very little faith in his abilities.

History: Just your typical street punk, Tate came from a broken household with an alcoholic mother. Perhaps it was his rather stereotypical life that lead him to run away, more than the troubled home itself. He hated feeling like a walking joke, and yet he added to that persona by taking a rather typical turn and becoming a thug. However he was hardly cut out for the lifestyle having not fought a day in his life and within the month he was mugged in an alley and killed. He was approached by a being that gave him a second chance. He would only need to take the role of a Wraith once he died a second time. When he came to, he decided to really fight this time around. Fight for life rather than for the sake of trying to prove something to others. His theories were still rather flawed, but he found he had a bit of a knack for it once he began training. He actually joined an underground fight club of sorts and did really well for himself on the money he would win. Then one day his luck ran out and he was pit up against a much larger man. He didn't have a chance. Within the first 2 rounds he was down, his neck snapped. When he didn't get up, the crowd and fighters fled, leaving Tate's body to be found by the police later that night.
