So, before I explain what the Overload form does and its pros/cons are, I'll have to explain how this form can even activate. He will have to be very angry in order for it to activate. Not very infuriated or peeved. No. He will have to be full of hatred towards something. An example will be him meeting a murderer(destroying cities count as murdering to him). He absolutely hates people who murder others, so a murderer will suffice for the hatred.

Now to explain the entire form. The spikes simply burst out of his robotic body, his colors darken, his energy turns into a fusion of his Darkened Energy and "Grenergy"(and for some reason, it's red), his spear changes colors, and wires come out of his body to pump power faster.

Now for the pros. His damage increases(since he's trying to kill whatever/whoever he hates), someone trying to attack him with a non-ranged weapon can be hurt by the spikes, and his speed increases as well. But there are cons. For one thing, his attack style becomes reckless, probably leading him to be hit more. And his defense has decreased...which, combined with the reckless style of attacks, is probably not so great for Vindictio.
