If only Ieyasu had played off Hideyoshi's death a little better, Mitsunari might not have been so upset, lol.Sengoku Basara (c) Capcom.

Funny thing, in Sengoku Basara 4, Ieyasu doesn't kill Hideyoshi. He dies in an explosion after a battle with one of his rivals. Ieyasu was on his way there, but was stopped by Keiji for a bit, hoping that they can work something out. After he found out, he rushed over to Mitsunari to tell him about what happened, but Yoshitsugu lied to him, claiming that he died by Ieyasu's hands. When Mitsunari asked if that was true, Ieyasu admitted that he was the one who killed Hideyoshi, because he knew if Mitsunari found out how he really died, he would lose all meaning to his life.

The game was pretty cool. I kinda wish they offered more characters though. I mean, if they can resurrect Nobunaga, they can pretty much do whatever they want. I really wanted to play as Toyotomi and Musashi, for example, without having to import Sengoku Basara Heroes 2.
On the pic, with Mitsunari's flair for melodrama, I don't know if Ieyasu could have EVER talked his way out of it. That's why he surfed his way out upon Tadakatsu XD

Well, most of my favorites are included (Masamune, Yukimura, Chosokabe, etc), and I'm happy with how Ieyasu turned out.
I was also really wanting to play Mitsuhide, Kasuga, Kenshin, Shingen, Sasuke and Kojuro as well.
I like the silly generals that they made to fight against in some of the areas. Especially the tree guy and the big clumsy guy.
