Description
I made this for a contest. It's a video showing throught a fictional drug addict that preventing drug use by fear-based education is not the right solution for todays drug problems.The whole animation was made in after effects , using photos and overdrawn photos. The music was composed in Reason 4.
I had to rush it to make it till the deadline, so at the end the music is kinda cutted , and it might be a bit too dark.

I really really like this piece of work, everything fits perfectly well, and it carries a lot of emotion. It is truly inspirational.

I'm not a drug addict, but I suffer from depression, and am close to someone who is bipolar... I think this animation really rings true for a lot of people not only dealing with addictions, but with the other problems that that people who are 'mentally well' shy away from.

i used photoshop for creating/drawing the textures, after effects for placing them in 3d space, animating a cam and adding lights, and finally reason 4 for the music/sound

great vid man and the dark is making it even better cuz this theme is a dark one and the msg u wrote was very close to the ppl who suffer drug adiction great job n hope u will win

yeah its dark intentionally but with devianArt's conversion its even darker and you basically can't see a thing :]
