idk why I have this saved in my limbo folder, but I'm in a sharing mood again.Just so you know, this isn't a solid How-Anj-Works guide. Kinda like what I was telling *Usa-Wolfdog (TL;DR) I don't have a real method. If it works, it works and oftentimes I end up fiddling around in Photoshop (I work in CS4) with all it's effects, layers, buttons, and sliders till I get the look I want.
