He's a great, yet responsible Older Brother. He can be pretty nuts when eating too much sweets. Quite Protective and caring he is. Weak around girls XD

Bio:
He grew from bad to good. He was born with curse of electricity, but it backfired since he was able to use it. He became a loyal soldier of Princess Celestia. He takes care of his younger brothers and expects his sister to visit. He lost his hind legs from a battle with a vicious dragon that was terrorizing & hurting the pony folks. The blue scales on his legs are from that very dragon. He's like a father disciplining his brothers while his parents aren't home. Static is usually seen with his vest & shield on. He's the only soldier with a black mane on his helmet.
