My first submission in a loooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggg time @_@;;Anyways, here's Tyrell
He's named after Tyrell Hawthorne from Robert Ludlum's "Scorpio Illusion". I LOVE Ludlum books...Anyways, I was thrilled beyond description with his face, which has a very... Final Fantasy look. I've only watched the movie. Once
And the 'spur of the moment' (as they say) I decided to give him the tattoo. It needs cleaning up a bit, but I haven't given it much attention... Busy, busy, busy!
And I'll admit it. I'm such a desperate sucker for redheads. Especially LONG red hair
So yeah, it's staying long :3I painted his face myself, in case that wasn't clear ;D

The tattoo is quite lovely, and the focus of the eyes is nicely done (focused eyes=most important part of doll), but the brush strokes are a little rough yet on the eyes and eyebrows. What kind of brush and paint do you use?

Cheap. More specifically, the cheapest XD lol
My brushes are a mix of different brands... some Lowell-Cornell. My paints are Liquitex Basics. I think my main problem is patience... I think the problem is painting too thick more than anything else :/ I've gotten a lot better about thinning the paint, but it's (obviously) not perfect yet
