The woman 'incharge' of the Dog Decks. Amelia's duty is to assign tasks, ensue all required work is done, and basically babysit the band of misfits she calls her subordinates.

This is easier said than done when your work crew consists of a kobold with an ass that crushes most chairs, a lizard who spends more time undermining her authority than actually doing his own work, and a wolf that may very well be illiterate.

Despite the Dog Decks being a dumping ground for the worse of the worst, Amelia takes her job very seriously! So seriously that she's deluded herself about the actual importance of the work they do. If they DON'T flush the vending machines intake pipes, lives maybe LOST!
