That's how I am all the time. I'm generally more interested in talking about abstract philosophical concepts than ordinary things, and it causes me to ask questions that most people wouldn't consider asking. People say I think too much, but they're just jealous.

i talk about all kinds of things.. i suppose the subject doesn't matter as much as the person to whom i'm talking. however, i would admit the conversation usually goes towards philosophy and psychology.
hmm ... i wonder if 'you're thinkin too much' should have a pejorative meaning attached cause i really don't see it

There is always something happening in my head, and I don't think that is something that everybody experiences. I used to find it tiring, but I adapted. You taught me a new word!
It's hard to have a satisfying conversation with most people. I guess it's because I pay more attention to what is going on in my head than what is going on around me. Maybe that's a bad thing, but I don't plan on taking any steps to change it. At least you seem interesting.

so do you .. and i don't believe it's a bad thing to be more focused on what's happening in your head. Then again, i function in a similar way, so i find it very natural. But, yeah, that can make u look like a narcissistic bastard to the ppl around ..
