The axe itself is delicate looking - which is intentional. It's made primarily of maraging steel with traces of other metals. On the top of the pole lies a crystal, simply for amplification purposes. This weapon offers some defense and offense, however it does not favor one in particular. It's best suited for a longer range, being used for melee purposes is a backup.

Salem's ability in Clairvoyance is uncontrolled for the most part, save for the few visions he can willingly spur. The ability is useful for insight about the future as Salem can see fragments of the future - allowing for a potential heads up or ability to prevent something chaotic. None of his visions last over five minutes, however the effects it leaves on Salem are far more taxing. It doesn't matter if the ability is or isn't controlled, Salem tends to become fatigued after any sort of vision. His eyes glow when the vision is active, meaning he's also incapacitated to do anything useful other than see a glimpse of the future. This ability is most useful when it comes to planning ahead, making Salem the most useful when it comes to strategizing or planning.

Although he is primarily a Clairvoyant, Salem has managed to learn some minor spells over the years. These spells aren't anything too powerful, good for getting a nice hit and doing a bit of damage if not a helpful distraction. He's got a much better control with manipulating spell wisps and spell flames than he does with the small blades spell and fireball spell he knows. These are usually cast when he's in a fight, since his weapon only helps so much. Occasionally the blades and fireball spells fail on him, only because his lack of proper knowledge and training with them.

Salem usually stands out for his height more than his personality. He's much more of the wallflower type who prefers to stand back andobserve the world around him. It's rare to see him be anything other than calm or even make a dry-humored remark here and there. He tends to be more open when around trusted friends, since he knows they have his back. At first he may seem a little off putting due to his height, however he's a gentle tree guy and resorts to magic only when it does more good than bad.

So I had Salem's full body art done for a while but I sat here doing nothing for a couple of days until I realized that the group opens soon! (As in today, it's 1 AM as I'm posting this). I ended up doing the rest of the app tonight because I am super hyped for this group.

I am a bit weary on his magic, although I've been told as long as it's not OP, it's good. He's got a lot of limiters, so it's not like he can be: I CAN SEE THE FUTURE ALL THE TIME. Only some of the time and it's bits of the future.

I also honestly have no idea how you all wish to have the stats done, so please inform me if I need to change that - because I feel like I did not do it properly.

Primaluna may get altered a bit, the coloring on the blade turned out amazingly but I'm not all that sure about the inlay at the moment. It's kind of like a strong filligree looking inlay. If that makes sense?

But alas! The Clairvoyant Derp child now has a finished app! I need to just, do the other two things and i'll be ready to go in full. Also taking a little break between requests for this, but i'll probably pick them back up tomorrow.
