My Zexion (Kingdom Hearts COM) cosplay, also the second full costume I've made. The coat was made with vinyl and was handsewn ( I didn't want to risk breaking my sewing machine, plus I have a fear of my fingers getting caught under the needle
)I'm really proud of how this turned out because I'm not that experienced with sewing, so making a coat was a big challenge. I got the wig from coswox and cut, styled, and dyed part of it with sharpies. The whole thing took about two months to complete.
Gotta love Zexion, I mean, he fights with literature!

Wow~! I plan on doing a Zexion cosplay in the future, so, If you really don't mind, I don't want to pressure you or anything, do you think you'd be able to tell me what wig you bought? Because, Looking through Cosworx, I can't find one the right thickness and a similar colour... Do you think you could help?

I used the Punky XL in silver/white. I had to cut the back, since the wig originally had a really long layer. It hardly had any grey color at first, but I used sharpie markers to add the color in and try to make a bit of a gradiant(his hair seems to be darker in the part and the ends). I think I used a few different shades of grey and a bluish marker.

This is so amazing! I can't believe you hand-sewed your cloak! I was lazy so I got my mum to get it for me for my birthday...
The wig is also awesome. The sharpie method makes me angry...I wish dyes worked on wigs... *sad face*

Sure ^_^, I got the chain from Jo Ann fabrics and used little plastic thread spools for the bead things on it. The two things that the chain's attached to are just buttons on shaped plastic that snap on to the coat.

It was the punky XL. I just chopped off the back, the front is pretty much in the right style that all you have to do is separate it into spikes ^_^

Thanks so much! I'd suggest looking on the forums on cosplay.com, they hacve a lot of great tips on how to make Organization coats, that's pretty much where I went to anytime I couldn't figure stuff out. ^_^

Thanks! Well, the wig wasn't too hard to do, it was already puffy so all I had to do was separate it into spikes. I suggest using stuff called got2b freezing spray for any wig, it holds spikes like cement

I recently had 2 do a spikey wig for a cosplay and I had to use all manners of gels, glues, and other nasty unknown substances that I can't name and I knew there must be something that I would only have to use one of. XD
