After messing around with ElementaryOS Jupiter. I decided to come back to Archlinux. & Is good to be back.Using,

You can use terminal start with changing terminal's directory is to where your pictures folder are located.
"cd /home/desired/location/of/pictures"
then
run feh -g 100x100
This is the only way I know how and is less complicated.

I used two fonts, Lime and Cure, mostly Cure font. I use the lime font for terminal applications. They are in the Artwiz Package.
The config, I will give it to you soon, Iยดm out of my hometown. By Monday you should have it
