Quick drawing with some textures and colour put on in Photoshop of Giovanni and Persian, because they've always been at the top of my list of 'fav Pokemon characters', and I can't help but fan girl over their friendship
Giovanni maybe a megalomaniac who treats Pokemon like nothin' but he does care about Persian =^___^=And orange shouldn't suit anyone that well, yo.

It's a meowth, it can be the Meowth I was certainly thinking at the time about how he's supposed to be jealous of Persian getting all of the boss' affection =3.

Maybe the reason he is on four legs is he is trying to skulk up to the boss after Jessie, James and his failure to prevent the intruding twerp from reaching Giovanni.

I have had a total relapse since reading that Team Galatic in Platinum are 'darker', it was the fluffyness that was beginning to put me off, but I think I've been dragged straight back again. Giovanni, Madam Boss and Team Rocket have always been a bit of a fandom of mine however =3

It's basicly to Pearl and Diamond what Emerald was to Ruby and Sapphire; a conglomerate of the two with some changes in places, where people met you and dialogue, they've added just over...50 more Pokedex places too I think, certainly it's up to 210 different Pokemon.
