Description For this image, I used a photograph of a bald eagle I took a few weeks ago as an initial reference. After morphing, I edited the frames in Photoshop to imply feather growth.

Was it from the old "Manimal" show?

Zeminio In reply to oboroten [2010-03-11 10:48:10 +0000 UTC]

i think so, but it was a bit gory, so something more simple like animorphs

oboroten In reply to Zeminio [2010-03-12 03:05:36 +0000 UTC]

Gory? I don't recall seeing a hawk morph of that type before. The "Manimal" hawk sequence I remember involves facial morphing, feather growth on the face, eye morphing, and a freaky change of a human hand into a hawk's foot. The old movie "Ladyhawke" had a woman --> hawk transformation, but it was essentially an eye-morph followed by a magic "poof" metamorphosis.

If I have enough time this weekend, I may work on another bird TF morph or sequence. Do you think I should focus on the beak, wings, or feet?

I've always been fascinated with how a human mouth morphs into a bird mouth. I would say beak.
