Description
I heard something about this month being all about mermaids and felt compelled to draw Splash Woman. This time she has the tail that she's usually depicted with that prevents her from walking on land. That's a pretty glaring design flaw if you ask me, but it's still quite a good design and fun to draw.Mega Man and all related characters are property of Capcom, so don't sue me please.
