If you are purchasing or receiving an adopt from me, whether it be by bidding/auction, set price, OTA, DTA, WTA, raffles / ETC you acknowledge, understand, and agree to my rules and agree to have read all my rules, and if my rules are broken, you understand you will have your rights revoked for that adopt.
GENERAL RULES;
1. NO reselling!
-You may only resell your adoptable if you have noted me prior to the resell and have my written consent to sell it.
-SELLING CONDITIONS;
You may ONLY resell or make profit from the OC/adopt/art if;
-You bought it for MORE than $50
-have MORE than 10 (+) pieces of art
-YOU MAY ONLY RESELL IT FOR THE COMBINED PRICE

trading and gifting is fine just let me know new owner
