I don't know how to be what you want. High school is this crazy place, a melting pot of everything imaginable. Everyone has their handy label: the stoners, the band geeks, the Barbie girls. That, though, is a con. If you look closer you realise one thing: they're all unhappy. The stoners, escaping to their ecstasies and red-rimmed eyes, are really no different from the excluded band kids with their dorky uniform and braces. And the popular kids are even worse: hiding behind their polished exterior and tangled up in a web of backstabbing and betrayal, they've forgotten what they used to be. Still, I think, it would be better being sad with others.
