EDIT: I fixed it!
Had to shrink the size, because it was HUGE, and I encountered problems saving and uploading it. This one was both a team effort of Photoshop and Sai -- Photoshop for the noise and the moon, and Sai for everything else.

This was also the first time I drew Ruby in an actual anime form -- not just on deviantart, but EVER. So whenever I was almost done drawing her I realized I drew her sleeves wrong and had to fix it lol... But anyways everyone have a happy Thanksgiving, I won't.
