Fanart of Seele Vollerei from Honkai Impact 3rd! She has one of my favorite character designs from the game, so naturally I *had* to draw her For those unfamiliar with her backstory: The character in the back is her "alter ego", also called Dark Seele, and she is essentially a foreign consciousness that lives inside her mind and shares her body, sometimes even taking control of it when the original Seele needs her support. The background of my drawing is actually an imaginary space inside their mind, and the chains were meant to represent their close, maybe even intimate connection, and the fact that they're bound to each other, I guess both metaphorically and literally

I kind of tried to experiment a little with a more dramatic lighting, not sure if I succeeded entirely but I still enjoyed working on this piece (alas it took me long to figure out the lighting and overall finish the drawing xD)

Also apologies for not posting anything last month, I was on a prolonged vacation to visit my boyfriend abroad and barely had time to draw anything properly Hope everyone had a great start of the year and you're all doing well
