I recently became obsessed with Romania and decided to make a mochi plushie.
And oh my gosh the top hat was so much fun to make!

Okay here's what I did:
1. Cut out a rectangle out of felt.
2. Rolled it into a tube and sewed the two ends together.
3. Cut out a circle that was the same size as the sides of the tube made and another circle slightly bigger (this was about an inch bigger for me but it depends on the scale you use and how big you want the rim to be).
4. I stuffed the hat and then sewed the bigger circle on.
Hope that made sense I kind of suck at explaining.
