Get it? Cause her name is Blue and -shot-It's so cold here at the moment D: Just walking to university or sitting at the flat is so freezing it's almost unbearable Dx
Just a quick doodle, hope it looks alright C:

This is really nice- just a few little critisms:
I think the mouth is a little too small, the lips should be a little thicker.
The ear's inner anatomy is wrong (don't blame you, it's difficult to remember the inner structure of the ear) but can be easily corrected by googling a picture of an ear and just copying the lines you see- remember there is slight shading underneath the "ridges" in the ear.
The brown outline around her face is too thick and the way it thickens around her chin almost makes her look like she has a beard.
The eyebrows need more thickness and a shape- right now its just a one dimensional line.
Her hands are too small in relation to her face,
There is a "white glow" in the centre of the image which is just desaturating her hair+ glove and is ultimately detracting
attention away from the lovley eyes.
The shading on the hair is beautiful, however I am not sure why there are two bands of reflection on her hair. Unless she is standing next to some bars/ windows with slits in them/ bascially two strong beams of light, then a person will only have one band of reflection/ light on their hair depending on where the light source is.
I noticed there is a small line between the right eye and the nose. I'm guessing you added it to indicate the "curve" of the nose, but it is not needed, the curve of the nose should be indicated by shading (which you already have done). The little line just looks like you accidently slipped your pen on the wacom.
Anyway, I think the shading is lovely, especially the eyes and its a very cute picture, I'm sorry for my nitpicking but I'm hoping all these little pointers can help you improve!!

Thanks for the crits ♥ they're very helpful and I'll try to be careful of that in future. One thing, the white glow in the centre is supposed to be her breath condensing from the cold but obviously I didn't pull it off very well >.<

Not much time before I have to make busy with healing but I've been so unsupportive as of late I just wanted to let you know what I think:
This picture is absolutely beautiful. The texture of the gloves, the brilliance of the white, the cold nipping at her, causing her cheeks to be a tad red, and that look in her eyes. Absolutely gorgeous.
