Description Standing o’er the boiling sea
In midnight’s chilling stare
The wind speaks tounges unknown to me
And whispers through my hair

The moon removes her cloudy shawl
Then asks in silvery tones;
What have I come to ponder here

And why am I alone?

Then the moon, she winks at me
As you have done before
There’s something that she can’t yet tell

But wants me to know more.

Then a feeling- fleeting, brief
That I have felt ere now
Euphoric underlying waves
that make me swear a vow

To find out what’s behind your eyes

That makes them shimmer so
If only I could overcome
The fear that you’ll say ‘No’

Delightful.
Great rhythm and simple rhyme, over a much more sophisticated message.
