Description
Leslie Thompkins is one of Batman's supporting characters, in the comics she's a pacifistic physician who helped raise Bruce with Alfred when he was orphaned. She runs a clinic and often assists Batman, acting as his mentor figure.

While she's not exactly a therapist she gives Bruce a lot of moral guidance and advice, and to me, that's basically a therapist.

So during Katsuki's stay in Gotham, Katsuki was advised to speak to Leslie by Bruce. While it's not that Katsuki doesn't trust her, it's just that he just...didn't think he needed a therapist. It's only when Cassandra urges him to go does he finally caves in.

The first few visits Katsuki was very tense, but over time he began to let his guard down and fully open up to Leslie. As it turns out, having someone listen to his problems without worrying about being judged helped him out.
