This is so amazing, just... wow!
Vision Technique:
Everything about this is great, I love how the colors picked for hair are so pretty, and the nice bubbly shine on the hair. The texture on the dress is very pretty. Well drawn. It's just the left arm seems like elastic, maybe the elbow joint should be more noticed.
I like the background yellow. Not too complicated, just a splash of yellow.
Originality:
I'd say this is pretty original. It's not like you see something like this everywhere, haha. Well, people tend to make anime girls with dresses, but heck, the way you made this is something I haven't seen before!
Impact: It's got a very light and bright feeling to it, something you'd want as a BIIG print in your room to make it lighten up. It's so amazing! It's nicely colored, perfectly done, and it just looks so... mystical.
