i really like the rendering and lighting in this, but her anatomy's not feminine at all – her neck and collar are unbelievably thick. Her chin is too strong too. Her arm could be thinner, but were it not for the neck, she'd look fine. Her right hand, which is coming at us, should be a little bigger – right now it's the same size as the other hand behind her. Her hair could use some volume at the sides of her head. Lastly, considering the angle of her head, her ears are placed at a weird place, almost at her neck. You'd have to turn them so they wouldn't be pointing upwards so much.
Again, the colors and technique in this are simply beautiful. If you were to fix the masculinity bit, it'd be a perfect piece.

Glad I helped! She looks much better, but she could still look more feminine while still looking strong. First of all, her neck and head are not centralized on her torso – move it a bit to our left. Secondly, you can give her a strong neck, but her trapezius is too pronounced, just by erasing it she already looks more delicate. She also has almost no wrist – if you make it thinner, it'll look more like she's just strong and not fat. Something I just noticed now is that her right upper arm is really short. I know you want to give a sense of perspective but if her arm is that lifted up, her hand should be even bigger. But I'd suggest you just make her upper arm longer. Lastly, I'd make her chin thinner and her head a little bigger – if you want to make a strong-looking woman, you can't also make her head tinny, or else she's look like a brute, you know?
