This is Kumori con's 2011 mascot, I though he was aborable so I drew him~ .w.I tried perspective again, it's better then the first time but still needs work I did though, fine the perception option on Sai
I based the background on down town Portland Oregon.
Mascot for 2011 belongs to the original designer ~NightOfFire and ~Transimage and probably Kumoricon
