OKINAWA, Japan — Marines of Combat Logistics Battalion 31 hold out their M40 field protective masks holding their breaths in the gas chamber here, Jan. 23, 2006. Marines and sailors of the CLB conducted their annual gas chamber training to better prepare themselves for any possible attacks involving biological or chemical warfare when deployed as the combat service support element of the 31st MEU. This training will better prepare these Marines and Sailors for any possible attacks involving biological or chemical warfare.
