Actually hyenas kill 90% of what they eat. They apparently don't scavenge that much. I was really getting into hyenas trying to make one so I was researching them for awhile. Did you know that laughing sound they make is actually a sign of stress or nervousness? The more you know! 83

On documentarys they usually just show the Hyena taking food from other predators ^.^'
And I can see why that is true, like when a pack of them have caught a meal and a lion comes over and takes it, they seem to make that noise x'D
