DOSN-067 - Levanter/レバンタール

Initially created as a robot master known as Weld Man, Levanter uses the power of fire as his weapon. He was built to weld pieces of metal together for factory purposes, but was altered to excel in combat. His fires can reach up to phenomenal temperatures, especially the torch on his head. The flame in the centre of his body is what powers him, and if it were to go out, then Levanter would suffer quite heavily. The Plasma Cutter is Levanter's weapon, an it can slice through many things with extreme heat.
Levanter is cautious with his flames, since he's aware of how destructive they can be. He only attacks when in danger, as he does not like to fight.
