Oh my gosh. This is so beatiful It just makes me want to jump in the water now and go swimming to cool off from this overwhelming heat. The effect is just so gorgeous. The expression and such is awesome too. It makes July look so content.

If I could crit anything it would be the tail, I know its a long tail but it almost looks like it has no bone to its tail. I looks limp and broken because it's too curvy.

Water is hard to figure out, but the best method I've discovered is to draw the highlights, and then erase for the shadows. So for the water droplets, i draw a white circle, and then take the the soft eraser to the middle of it, and you're done. C:
