I really like the lighting in this piece. I think it's really cool how you incorporated it in the linework as well. The detail in the hair is also beautifully done. The colours are also really popping out, god job on that one.
The perspective is a bit off though (although I know that is really difficult to get right in any case) and I would have liked to see the same amount of detail in the tail and wings as in the hair and face.
The background is stunning, I love the clouds transitioning into blue. Overall a pretty piece, which could become gorgeous with a bit of extra attention to detail.
