This one took a little over 5 hours to do, a little longer than my usual portait time being about 2 to 3 hours. If I remember correctly, I had just started getting more comfortable with color pencils and getting a lot of good responses from some of my previous single deviations I'd been submitting. I'd gotten a couple of watchers and a few favs here and there, so I felt really good about doing art again!
It really makes me happy that you like it!

Cool, it is a velvet jacket! It was diffcult to capture that texture, so thanks for your comment. I basically had to press down really hard on the pencils to get that effect. Although it worked out in the end, it cost me a whole lot of pencils!
