It's clear you worked hard on this so I'll respect the fact and take it to consideration. The detail on the piece is excellent. Great use of texture and detail on the face, clothes, and scarf. I noticed the marks on the jeans from wear and it was a nice touch, but the texture for the pants does not fit. it seems more like a concrete texture than a linen texture. The grunge on the sweatshirt works perfectly, good work. the tail and fur should look like fur in texture, not grunge. this however, does not take away from the piece. The ears look that of a bat. whether or not it was intentional doesn't matter because it still looks good. The background is creative and works in harmony with the character. I admire how you separated the background into sections but kept the picture as one (or seem like one picture, lol). This is a good piece, and I admire it as a good picture.
